Ponder Existence
It’s the day after. I cooked the Italian Christmas Eve feast with thirteen types of seafood–the twelve Apostles and Jesus. There were 4 big courses and it took about 6 hours to eat. The three 4 lb. lobsters, mesquite smoked over a bed of large scallions, were a big hit. My family and guests were amazed that you didn’t need butter or lemon. BikerCHEF was alive and well. We kept the spirit of Santa Claus alive on Christmas morn for my son. Then, I needed to be alone. I got in the car late Christmas Day Evening. I traveled to Burbank. I needed a particular kind of couch. Something nostalgic. I found it. I had a scotch, then quietly pondered my existence.

May the Lessons of Christmas stay alive for all.
